VISION

We envision Don Bosco Training Center- Mati as Center of Excellence for Human Development, Values Formation and Technical Training for the poor youth of Mindanao.

MISSION

As a Catholic Institution, guided by the Preventive System of Education of Don Bosco, we commit ourselves to:

  1. Educate the young with strong work Ethics, equipped with foundational life skills.

  2. Form he young to be God-loving, honest and productive citizens,

  3. Prepare the young to be technically competent for gainful employment, and

  4. Live and witness the Salesian Family Spirit

GOALS

To form and produce Competent, Confident, Competitive, and Committed Welding graduates ready for the world of metal works.

OBJECTIVES

Within the training period, the Welding Technology Department of Don Bosco Training Center-Mati, Inc will be able to:

  1. Achieve 100% passing rate in SMAW NC II.

  2. Deploy 95% of the students to local partner industries for On-the-Job Training.

  3. Attain 85% employment rate / absorption rate of Graduates in the companies.
